Rentokil is into its third year of operations in India. I am proud to say that Rentokil India has grown substantially. Since starting the operations we have about 350 employees, each with a different role in achieving the same objective – delivering quality services. As a global expert in Pest Control, Rentokil India has invariably reinvented ways to further improve the current practices and to introduce innovative technologies and service differentiation in the fields of pest control. The main points of Rentokil India’s service differentiation drive are:

  • Inspection, Monitoring and Reporting – Rentokil team can provide a detailed inspection of the site on an on-going basis to effectively manage pests, with regular reporting to the customer.
  • Environment and Human Safe chemicals – Rentokil uses only internally approved chemicals, which are safe to humans and the planet. 
  • Client Awareness Seminars - Rentokil conducts training programs for customers, to raise pest awareness levels of employees.
  • Key Account Management - Rentokil’s dedicated Key Account Management team takes care of national accounts. It is the single point of contact for key customers and guarantees excellent coordination across the different states.

Globalization unfortunately also means that pests and vector-borne viruses and bacteria have become more mobile. Events, such as swine and bird flu outbreaks globally have shown that we are more vulnerable to epidemics and pests, which have become rampant with negligence and complacency. It is highly recommended to get expert advice from pest control professionals for sustainable solutions, rather than searching for Do-It-Yourself solutions to solve pest problems.
